Привіт! Вибори — це болюча тема суспільства. Підкупи та фальсифікації найчастіше є супутниками виборчих процесів. Й хоча, як ми добре розуміємо, блокчейн не вирішить усіх проблем, та все ж таки частину з них, наприклад, значні фальсифікації, виключає.

Недавно випадково натрапив на прозору систему голосування, розроблену компанією TrueVote. Реалізована вона на блокчейні Біткоїна. Вже представлена дорожня карта й до кінця цього року вже буде розроблений продукт, що дозволить розв'язувати мінімальні задачі. На третьому етапі планується запуск застосунку по інтеграції з місцевими, районними та регіональними базами даних. А четвертий, завершальний етап передбачає реалізацію масштабних програм, включаючи національні вибори.

Розробники пропонують продукт з відкритим кодом, конфіденційний та простий в налаштуванні. Впроваджені спеціальні механізми щодо упередження шахрайства, можливість ручної перевірки підозрілих облікових записів. Звичайно, передбачена можливість поєднання цифрових та звичайних аналогових виборів для людей, що не можуть користуватися смартфонами.

Важко сказати, доб'ється ця компанія поставлених цілей чи це зробить якась інша. Але загальна тенденція, здається, вже помітна кожній людині. Автор допису впевнений в подальшій реалізації подібних проєктів на 99.9%. Ми стоїмо на шляху повної та невідворотної цифровізації й блокчейн відіграє в цьому процесі ключову роль. Хотілося б, щоб такі компанії працювали не тільки на блокчейні Біткоїна, а використовували для цього й інші перспективні блокчейни, як Hive.

TrueVote: An immutable and transparent voting system on the Bitcoin blockchain

Hello! Elections are a painful topic for society. Bribery and falsification are often companions of election processes. And although, as we well understand, the blockchain will not solve all problems, it nevertheless excludes some of them, for example, significant falsifications.

Recently, I accidentally came across a transparent voting system developed by the TrueVote company. It is implemented on the Bitcoin blockchain. The road map has already been presented and by the end of this year a product will be developed that will allow solving minimal problems. At the third stage, it is planned to launch an application for integration with local, district and regional databases. And the fourth, final stage involves the implementation of large-scale programs, including national elections.

The developers offer an open source product that is confidential and easy to configure. Special fraud prevention mechanisms have been implemented, the possibility of manual verification of suspicious accounts. Of course, a combination of digital and conventional analog selections is provided for people who cannot use smartphones.

It is difficult to say whether this company will achieve its goals or whether some other company will do it. But the general trend seems to be already visible to every person. The author of the post is 99.9% confident in the further implementation of similar projects. We are on the path of complete and inevitable digitalization, and blockchain plays a key role in this process. I would like such companies to work not only on the Bitcoin blockchain, but also to use other promising blockchains, such as Hive.
