Привіт! Неділя, вечір і я, як завжди, переглядаю новини по крипто та Біткоїну. Новини різні, так би мовити, діаметрально протилежні. А ви вже як хочете: обирайте добрі, нейтральні чи негативні. З одного боку, все це нібито й правильно. З іншого ні, бо ллється потік невірогідної інформації.

Найбільше мені не подобається те, що всі новини акцентовані на ціні Біткоїна й інших криптовалют. Складається враження, ніби ми сидимо перед якимось зачарованим столиком з магічною скатертиною й очікуємо, що на ньому заявиться багато-багато грошей. Ось ми нічого робити не будемо, а просто так розбагатіємо та ще непристойно. З Біткоїном все це дійсно можливо, але, ймовірно, людям потрібно більше розповідати про саму технологію, про якісь інновації, зручні, корисні та вигідні. Можливо варто писати про якісь переваги Біткоїна, причини його здорожчання.

Я порадив би для початку почитати про децентралізацію Біткоїна. Це дозволить зрозуміти, як здається на перший погляд, це слово через призму криптографії. Також це дасть поверхневе, а при необхідності й більш глибоке розуміння децентралізованої природи Біткоїна в порівнянні з багатьма іншими, наприклад, Monero чи ETH.

В моделі PoW, доказ роботи, основними показниками децентралізації є розробка програмного коду, процес добування самих монет (майнінг) та перевірка вузлів. І якщо Біткоїн ще дотепер децентралізований і це чудово, то більшість криптовалют надто централізовані. Яскравим прикладом є XRP, власники якого, звичайно ж, випустили свої токени на іншому алгоритмі (не PoW), але залишаються, ймовірно, найбільш централізованими й добряче заробляють на цьому. Чимало інформації про децентралізацію Біткоїна можна знайти в публікації ще п'ятирічної давності, але актуальної й нині. Звичайно, що в нашому світі все змінюється швидко. Й не можна виключати зниження децентралізованої природи цифрового золота. 1 Біткоїн = 1 Біткоїн.

Hello! Sunday evening and I, as always, am reviewing news on crypto and Bitcoin. The news is different, so to speak, diametrically opposed. And you can choose as you wish: good, neutral or negative. On the one hand, all this is supposedly correct. On the other hand, it is not, because a stream of unreliable information is pouring in.

What I don’t like most of all is that all the news is focused on the price of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It seems as if we are sitting in front of some enchanted table with a magic tablecloth and expecting a lot of money to appear on it. Here we will do nothing, but we will just get rich and obscenely. With Bitcoin, all this is really possible, but probably people need to be told more about the technology itself, about some innovations, convenient, useful and profitable. Perhaps it is worth writing about some advantages of Bitcoin, the reasons for its increase in price.

I would advise you to start by reading about the decentralization of Bitcoin. This will allow you to understand, as it seems at first glance, this word through the prism of cryptography. It will also give a superficial, and if necessary, a deeper understanding of the decentralized nature of Bitcoin compared to many others, for example, Monero or ETH.

In the PoW model, proof of work, the main indicators of decentralization are the development of the program code, the process of extracting the coins themselves (mining) and verifying the nodes. And if Bitcoin is still decentralized and this is great, then most cryptocurrencies are too centralized. A striking example is XRP, the owners of which, of course, issued their tokens on a different algorithm (not PoW), but remain, probably, the most centralized and earn a lot of money from it. A lot of information about Bitcoin decentralization can be found in a post from five years ago, but still relevant today. Of course, everything is changing quickly in our world.
